✅ Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.


🔄 How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number and a brief explanation

  3. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions


📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we’ll cover shipping.

  • For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care or beauty products

  • Perishable food and grocery items

  • Customized, special-order, or final sale items (marked as such)
